Account Deletion Request

1. How to request account deletion
You can request account deletion in two ways:
- In the mobile app (recommended): Open Dart Maths on your phone, then go to Settings, Account, and Delete Account.
- By email: Send your request to [email protected] using the email address linked to your account.
2. Information to include in your request
To help us process your request quickly and safely, include:
- Your account email address.
- Your username (if available).
- A clear statement that you want your account deleted.
3. What data is deleted
After we verify your request, we delete or anonymize the account data connected to your profile, including:
- Account profile details (such as display name and account identifiers).
- Training progress and gameplay-related account data associated with your profile.
- App settings and preferences stored for your account.
4. What data may be retained
We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.
- Operational logs and security records.
- Data required to comply with legal obligations.
5. Retention and processing timeline
We typically process account deletion requests within 30 days of verification.
Any retained records are kept only for as long as required for the purposes above, and then deleted according to our data retention practices.
